Return Period

Returns must be requested and shipped back within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

In the email, include:

2. Wait for Our Confirmation

The return address varies depending on your order's origin. That’s why it’s important to contact us before shipping the return.

Refunds

Refund Conditions

✔ A refund is approved if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔ Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered items are approved after inspection.

Refund Processing Time

After the return is validated, the refund is processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Refund Method

✔ The refund is issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.


Shipping & Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
✔ Always return items with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages in transit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

✔ You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of purchase.
✔ If the package is not received, it will be sent to the post office for pickup. If it is not collected, it will be returned to us. In that case, the customer can request a reshipment, but return fees will apply.


Damaged Items

📸 Please attach photos and a video showing the damaged parts so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

💡 The best images are taken on a flat, well-lit surface where the defects are clearly visible.

These details help us process your request and prevent future issues.
